I found this factory cart in a bad condition. Some parts were broken, most was extremely dirty and greasy. Top had spray paint marks, and axle was bent due to overloading. I got a new axle and removed everything for cleaning. It took a lot if elbow grease to get the grease off of all the wheels and metal parts. Tried many methods to clean the top , at the end I power washed it. Used epoxy to glue the broken top back on. Cut the handle attachments back to clean the look up and save it from banging our legs into it. Burned the pot to add some darkness to it and sealed it with One coat polyurethane..
